In this video I show how to make a simple Eye of the Storm effect in DaVinci Resolve.
As you can see in the video the effect can be very simple or as complex as you want, but in that case it will most likely be very taxing on your system, but it all depends on how crazy you want to get.
However, as you can see by just adding some simple particle effects, in my opinion anyway, my system struggles and produces strange results because it quickly runs out of memory. This could probably be mitigated with a better graphics card than the GTX 1060 6GB that I have in my PC at this point in time.
